Best Treatment For Hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoid treatment, is it possible without surgery? I dont have blood or mucous discharge but after pooping, my butt itches, it sometimes burns and i feel pins and needle type of pain..after a bowel movement there is some leakage of feces, that is a symptom of hemorrhoid according to mayoclinic..i want to know if hemorrhoid can be cured without surgery? If so, which medicine is the best? I dont want to temporary relief, i want to get rid of hemorrhoids completely..and is there any bad effect
