Best Treatment For Hemorrhoids

I feel this lump near my rectum last week... I carefully examine it and it's still the same size.

Right now it's now hurting when I touch it nor any signs of blood when releasing my bowel or showing on toilet paper. Nor it doesn't itch.

Is this External Hemorrhoids? or something else? Should I go to doctor?

The only reason why I think it might be hemorrhoids is because it's a lump -- that's all.
