Hemorrhoid surgery (Hemorrhoidectomy) is only indicated in severe hemorrhoids which may be complicated by bleeding from time to time. However, most early stage (mild) hemorrhoids can be managed conservatively by avoiding being constipated, softening the stools and going on high fibre diets.
